1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bastion (“the Service”), operated by rebaselabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bastion provides on-demand game server hosting. Users may deploy, configure, and manage game servers through our web dashboard, API, or CLI. Servers are billed based on actual uptime.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including server usage and associated charges.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Billing and Payment

  • Billing is calculated based on server uptime. You are charged for the duration your server is in a running state.
  • Stopping your server pauses billing. You are not charged while your server is stopped.
  • Payment is processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • All prices are in USD. Charges appear on your statement as “rebaselabs” or “Bastion”.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

  • Host content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any applicable laws.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or other malicious network activity.
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run non-gaming workloads without prior written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' resources.

6. Data and Backups

While we take reasonable measures to preserve your server data, we do not guarantee against data loss. We strongly recommend creating regular backups using the built-in backup feature. Bastion is not liable for any data loss.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, or other events may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, all server data will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rebaselabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
